This case was an esthetic challenge that required complex treatment planning and state of the art treatment. He presented with worn, uneven front teeth due in large to grinding and excessive gum tissue. His treatment plan consisted of whitening his unrestored teeth to a natural color and then placement of six porcelain crowns after his back teeth were restored with CEREC porcelain restorations. A soft tissue laser was used to improve the contours of his gum tissue. Not only did the ceramic crowns give him a more youthful smile, they also protected his teeth from further deterioration and stabilized his bite. In this case, the restorations served a dual purpose; function, as well as, beauty.

This patient had a combination of porcelain crowns and veneers done on five of her upper teeth. Notice how the misalignment of her right cuspid tooth was corrected with a porcelain veneer and how we were able to restore these teeth to be both beautiful and functional. The appearance of her lower teeth was improved with whitening procedures.

This 60-year-old executive came to our office for the clinical expertise that he required. He had extensive decay, many fractured teeth, severely discolored and unsightly teeth that needed immediate attention. His full mouth reconstruction involved placing several CEREC restorations on his back teeth with an effort to preserve healthy tooth structure, whitening, and placement of metal free all ceramic crowns on his six upper front teeth. His only regret was not having this treatment done sooner. It has made a significant impact on his health, confidence, professional appearance, and self esteem.

This patient had several areas of concern. The existing old crown on his upper right cuspid (that apparently was widened at one time to fill in the extra space created by a congenitally missing lateral incisor) needed to be replaced. This problem presented an opportune time to address his comprehensive esthetic concerns and objectives. His philosophical objective was to restore his mouth back to an ideal state, cosmetically and functionally, with a treatment plan that would last a long time. The treatment involved four single all ceramic crowns and a three unit ceramic bridge. He is extremely happy.

This professional was highly motivated to address the degenerative dental condition she was faced with. She had severe wear, crowding and very thin enamel that was sensitive and structurally unsound. Due to the magnitude and complexity of full mouth rehabilitation and treatment time considerations, her treatment plan will be completed in phases over time. Our ultimate objective is to completely restore her mouth to a healthy, functional and esthetic state. We completed the first two phases involving the placement of ten highly esthetic and protective all-ceramic crowns on her upper teeth. She was so pleased with the result that she has now scheduled the final two phases to restore her lower teeth.

This patient was referred to our office for cosmetic and comprehensive treatment. She was very unhappy with the large crowns on her two front teeth. She was motivated to have a natural appearance for her smile. We discussed the very wide space between the two front teeth and need to also crown the adjacent lateral incisors to improve the excessive width problem. We whitened her upper and lower teeth to improve the shade foundation for the new esthetic all-ceramic crowns on the front four teeth. We took extensive digital photographs for custom shading to match perfectly to her natural teeth. The esthetic all porcelain crowns looks great.
